I’ve Got Answers

Do you offer group consultations or workshops?

Yes! Contact the company to find out more. The instructor can give helpful hints on working with challenging behaviors. Group sessions can also be set up for Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Please have the number of participants and dates of availability.

What should I prepare for the initial assessment?

During an initial assessment for ABA and a functional behavior assessment, you will need the client available for at least 1 hour for the observation and assessment and at least 1 hour for a caregiver interview. The interview process will go over challenging behaviors and other assessment protocols required for the final report.

What insurance companies are you a provider with?

Currently, the company takes private pay, Tricare West, Cigna, Anthem BCBS, Aetna, and Nevada Medicaid. Other insurance companies are in the works.
